Typically, a bespoke programme is created, and delivered by me, 1:1, over a specific period of time, that can extend up to 10 months. This option is for those who want to have me as their dedicated Longevity Wellness Coach, providing not just the core programme content and expertise, but a special level of ongoing engagement, support and coaching. It can include options for me to travel to clients at points throughout the programmes to provide in-person coaching, and as desired, additional services. The cost of this programme starts at £2,5,00 per month, for a minimum of 6 months and is dependent on the type of bespoke programme desired.
